Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2026.4.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Open Enrollment module enhanced for better handling of new hire waiting periods that coincide with OE. The benefit elections screen will clearly indicate when a coverage type is not electable due to future waiting period, dependents covered on non‑electable plans cannot be removed, and the Open Enrollment menu item and dashboard icon will be hidden when all plans are unavailable because of the waiting period.   • New Hire Orientation updated to better handle waiting periods that coincide with Open Enrollment. The enrollment start page was updated messaging when Open Enrollment is also available, helping new hires confirm that elections in both sections are accurate. [BT‑40674]
  • Wellness Changes report enhanced to include completed tasks that do not have an associated reward amount, providing a more complete view of employee activity. [BT‑44066]
  • Notification emails styling updated, including adjusted logo sizing, for improved readability and consistency across communications. [BT‑44085]
  • Age calculation logic corrected for employees born on January 1 during leap years. [BT‑43998]
  • Trustmark API compatibility issue resolved where the enrollment UI would not load properly for some users. [BT‑44149]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
