Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2026.3.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Qualifying Life Event module redesigned for a simplified and improved administrative experience. [BT-37577]
  • Qualifying Event module updated to allow employees to recalculate FSA benefit amounts mid year. [BT-42534]
  • New Hire Enrollment module updated to better handle dependent elections when an employee completes New Hire Enrollment more than once. [BT-40854]
  • New Hire Enrollment module updated to better handle FSA deduction amounts, including for multiple elections. [BT-39021, BT-20260]
  • New Central Login Accounts Not Created report for visibility into account creation, readiness and follow‑up. [BT-42622]
  • Benefit Elections page updated to better display product names for most supplemental plans selected through the enrollment wizard. [BT-43745]
  • Benefit Elections page corrected to trigger the appropriate page load rule, ensuring consistent behavior and calculations. [BT-39084]
  • Scheduled Tasks and File Generation process updated to send additional notifications to the support email for improved monitoring and response. [BT-40813]
  • COBRA Export (Pacific layout) corrected to prevent duplication of the QBPLANINITIAL segment on subscriber records. [BT-36594]
  • Leave Information feature corrected to address underlying issues impacting reliability and accuracy. [BT-43897]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
