Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2026.4.2 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • User Verification enhanced with the addition of SMS (Text) verification. A cell phone field follows the same verification behavior as email, providing users with an additional, convenient authentication option. [BT-44135]
  • RetireSweet Current Owed Amounts and Current Delinquent Owed Amounts widgets updated to include a new Tracking Group column, making it easier to review and segment financial data at a glance. [BT-42870]
  • Reporting page layout improved by widening the report name list area to better accommodate reports with longer names and improve overall readability. [BT-44124]
  • Central Login History updated to display the name of the person who changed a user’s username, improving audit visibility and administrative transparency. [BT-44180]
  • Pending Life Event page navigation corrected so view‑only administrators can successfully access the page. [BT-44224]
  • Pending Life Event page warning behavior corrected to ensure a warning popup displays properly when the Effective Date is left blank. [BT-44288]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
