Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2026.2.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:
- Salary Import process enhanced to provide completion feedback, improving visibility into processing status for administrators. [BT-43328]
- Life Event Reason List updated to provide clearer selection and better handling of Medicare vs. Medicaid events. [BT-43593]
- Employee Coverage pages updated to prevent coverage edits from incorrectly appearing as overlapping coverage in certain scenarios. [BT-33854]
- Alert Popups adjusted to allow mobile users to dismiss alerts that exceed screen height, improving usability on smaller devices. [BT-37578]
- Open Enrollment Benefit Summary and Confirmation Statements updated to prevent pending elections from prior Open Enrollment periods from displaying in subsequent enrollment periods. [BT-42915]
System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
