Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.10.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Employee Launchpad can now be configured to hide the My Documents icon. [BT-36866]
• Notes field newly added to Employee Records under Member Info. [BT-36868]
• RetireSweet member invoices updated for correct display of plans in payment history. BT-36873]
• RetireSweet member invoices enhanced to display more detailed information relating to adjustments, credits, and fees. [BT-36873]
• RetireSweet member invoices now stored in history sections of the member record (Billed Accounts) & Premium Invoicing & Payments screen. [BT-36883]
• RetireSweet Payment Import optimized to run and generate faster. Payments are applied immediately, and administrators can revert all payments applied by canceling the import. [BT-36743]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
