Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.9.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Trustmark Import changes file updated for handling termination date and deduction amount data. [BT-36788]
• RetireSweet invoice templates feature added to view as PDFs prior to generating. [BT-36770]
• Benefit Class change issue resolved so default benefit dates are correctly applied. [BT-35597]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
