Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.10.4 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • RetireSweet member invoice report enhanced with options to include or exclude overpayment records. [BT-36358]
  • RetireSweet member invoices and waived premiums enhancement will now display any waived coverage and $0 premium on invoices. [BT-37059]
  • RetireSweet member invoice setup improved validation and formatting enhancements. [BT-37236]
  • RetireSweet history alerts added for payments and adjustments detail. [BT-36774]
  • RetireSweet payment import updated for applying payment to outstanding balances. [BT-37012]
  • RetireSweet payment import screen improved to handle large record sets with better page load performance. [BT-37048]
  • Employee Court Mandates section updated to not duplicate plans. [BT-37197]
  • New Service Type (sworn/unsworn) drop-down field added to the active job form. [BT-36867]
  • New Last Job information auto-saved when adding Retiree status, including: job title, salary, bargaining unit, dept., location, service type. [BT-36867]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
