Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.9.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Personnel Import changes tab updated to allow new hire input fields when making a benefit class change. [BT-35916]
• WEX FSA export configuration added to send either SSN or Member ID. [BT-36735]
• Eligibility file adjustment made to capture both member and dependent 340 segments for transmitting Cobra data. [BT-36430]
• RetireSweet invoicing enhanced to allow multiple coverage types. Member Invoice Setup page also redesigned for better customization of invoice templates. [BT-36190]
• RetireSweet Payment Import updated so import process appears complete when Finish and Save button is clicked. [BT-36742]
• RetireSweet new Adjustments section on Member invoices and the Premium Invoicing & Payments page added. [BT-36707]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
