Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.9.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• New Medicare Information section added to member and dependent records. [BT-36355]
• Bentek Announcements can now include file attachments. [BT-28606]
• RetireSweet can now send retiree invoices as attachments in notification emails to corresponding members. [BT-27816]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

Effective June 15^th, 2022, Microsoft discontinued support for Internet Explorer 11. Only those organizations who are paying Microsoft for extended support are eligible for IE11 security updates.
