Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.8.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• RetireSweet Payment Import updated to use the "Payee SSN" column as the member identifier. [BT-36596]
• Medicare Eligible widget enhanced to add "180 days future" option in dropdown. [BT-36519]
• Input type change (slider vs. radio button) issue resolved so changing input type from previous plan year doesn't prevent admins from editing elections. [BT-35188] 
• RetireSweet Payment Import and Payment Tracking sections have been refreshed with new layout and functionality. [BT-36450]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

Effective June 15^th, 2022, Microsoft discontinued support for Internet Explorer 11. Only those organizations who are paying Microsoft for extended support are eligible for IE11 security updates.
