Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.7.2  includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• RetireSweet premium generation process modified so calculated plans do not appear as an amount owed by the member. [BT-36440]
• Reports that can "Generate as a Single File" (Enrollment Summary under Transaction Reports and Member Invoices under RetireSweet), new option available to split them into smaller grouped PDF files. [BT-36194]
• RetireSweet Premium Invoicing & Payments page enhanced with UI updates and prepayment storage functionality. [BT-36265] 
• Documents issue resolved, allowing admins to properly edit or delete employee documents. [BT-36369]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

Effective June 15^th, 2022, Microsoft discontinued support for Internet Explorer 11. Only those organizations who are paying Microsoft for extended support are eligible for IE11 security updates.
