Terminate Benefit Class
Benefit Class terminations often occur in conjunction with employment terminations. Follow the link for video tutorial.
To terminate a Benefit Class, select Edit icon, enter End Date and Save.
Benefit Class end dates are always the first day a member is no longer eligible for coverage. The first day of "No Coverage."
Example: employee terminates 2/2/2021 and benefits remain effective through 2/28, the correct Benefit Class end date is 3/1/2021.
