Remove Benefit Class
A Benefit Class should only be removed if it was entered in error and there were no associated benefit enrollments. DO NOT remove a benefit class as means of terminating benefit enrollment (this impacts eligibility and carrier files). When in doubt, contact your Bentek Account Manager for guidance.
If Benefit Class was incorrectly entered select the trash can icon to remove the Benefit Class.
When removing a Benefit Class, all coverage with an effective date that occurs within the Benefit Class date range will be removed.
Any removed items can still be viewed. Toggle on the Show Removed button at the bottom of page.
