Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.4.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• New hires starting right before the new plan year has been re-engineered to display correct plan information including: benefit highlights, elections, rates, and rules. [BT-34213]
• Personnel Import issue corrected so new benefit classes added will retain new hire begin and end dates. [BT-35598]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
