Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.4.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:
Additional updates included with this release include:
- Tooltips for mobile view were optimized so users can access tooltips by tapping and holding onto a web element. [BT-35661]
- The Plan Changes report now includes the carrier name and employee ID. [BT-22935]
- Wellness Hub can now support viewing up to 4 wellness programs. [BT-33503]
- EBC session benefit highlights page display was updated for instances where a new plan year has not been configured. [BT-35717]
System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
