Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2022.12.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Medicare Eligible widget updated: added filter for status (Retiree vs Active); corrected how employees and dependents are returned; only returns members enrolled in a coverage; shows members turning 65 in current month. [BT-34636]
• Subsidy Census report updated to include Years of Service column. [BT-34622]
• Enrollment Summary report updated for failure to generate in the event of multiple open statuses and subsidies. [BT-34581]
• Custom Report builder updated to handle special characters in custom report names and descriptions. [BT-34611]
• OE Stats report updated for Multi-Entity clients. [BT-34495]
• New RetireSweet Report added: Detailed Coverage Invoice. [BT-34582]
• New RetireSweet Report added: Payment Reconciliation. [BT-34621]
• New RetireSweet Report added: Deposit Slip. [BT-34623]
• Naviline Personnel Import API updated for multi-entity client. [BT-34707]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
