Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2022.12.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:
- Addressed an issue where worksite benefit elections (Aflac) could potentially be omitted from certain exports when the worksite benefit election (Aflac) was made via a Life Event. [BT-34423]
- Updated the subsidy summary details that appear in the header for an employee's existing subsidy record to correct a display issue. [BT-33439]
- The "Subsidy Census" report has been updated to include the total applied subsidy for the employee. [BT-32172]
- The report building tool has been updated to address an with saving a newly created report. [BT-34530]
System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
