Search for Completed Submissions
To view completed submissions in the Document Upload Center, click the "Search History" button on the upper right of the page.
From the search criteria, select "Documents" in the "Module" drop down. Then enter any criteria and click "Run".
Any completed submissions will appear based on the search criteria entered.
Clicking the header row of the submission will expand it. There will be additional information on when it was completed and who completed the submission. All of the files will appear with their designation of being denied or approved. The documents can't be modified, only downloaded by clicking their name.
Any history associated with a file can be viewed by clicking the history icon. A popup will appear listing all of the history.
If a file was denied, then a comment bubble icon will appear in the "Actions" column. Clicking the icon will present a popup with the denial comment.
