Announcements

Administrators can use Announcements to communicate with members.

Members see announcements displayed in Bentek upon login. Members can also receive email or SMS/text notifications of announcements if they have verified email or cell phone on file.

Announcements can also include a link to a document or related resource.

Sample Announcement for New Hire

The member's screen is grayed in the background with Announcement on top. Member must select OK to acknowledge announcement in order to proceed. This ensures the user has read and acknowledged any announcements.
