What is a Medical Roster Report

By default, the medical roster report lists all employees with a medical coverage that are active as of the begin date entered. The report lists the employees alphabetically by last name. Scroll right to locate each employee's coverage information.

By default, the medical roster report will include the following seven columns associated with each employee's medical coverage:

  • Coverage Name: The name of the employee's medical coverage as of the date entered when generating the report.
  • Coverage Tier/Benefit Amount: The selected tier of coverage for the employee's medical coverage.
  • PCP/PDP: Displays the Primary Care Physician / Primary Dentist number effective as of the report's Run Date.
  • Salary: The employee's salary as of the date entered.
  • Per Pay Contribution: The employer's contribution amount for the medical coverage during each pay period.
  • Pre-Tax Per Pay: The pre-tax amount deducted from the employee for the medical coverage during each pay period.
  • Post-Tax Per Pay: The post-tax amount deducted from the employee for the medical coverage during each pay period.
  • Pre-Tax Deduction Code: The pre-tax deduction payroll code.
  • Post-Tax Deduction Code: The post-tax deduction payroll code.
  • Num Deps: The number of dependents that are covered by the employee's medical coverage.
