BenTek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the BenTek software. BenTek Version 7.4.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

•  When viewing the PDF version of the confirmation statement it was discovered that the life plans in some instances displayed $0.00.  This was a display issue only on the generated statement and has been resolved.
• We have enhanced the Benefit Workshop export to include a separate column for Limited Purpose FSA's.
• FSA & HRA exports have been enhanced to support account plan and tier changes.
• On limited occasions involving dependent supplemental life elections, the system automatically generated the primary beneficiary designation as a duplicate.  This has been corrected and will no longer cause this error of duplication.
• The BenTek Website has been enhanced to allow for the configuration of more than one Open Enrollment period in a single plan year.  An example of this would be with an off anniversary FSA Open enrollment period.
• Administrators can now view calculated coverage amounts on dependent records.  An example of this would be a dependent coverage on life insurance.
• The ACA Audit exports have been upgraded to include a check for dependents that share SSN with other dependents for the same employee, a check for Job Start Date discrepancies as well as a check to highlight invalid email addresses.

System updates are generally released on a monthly schedule during our maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. BenTek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the BenTek application before system maintenance is performed.
