BenTek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the BenTek software.  BenTek Version 7.3.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• New email verification configuration options available for clients. [BT-19809] During this past Summit we unveiled the client notification and announcement center as part of our new standard feature for all clients. These features depend on a verified email for all users. Clients will now have the ability to require the email verification process for employees, which provides a time saving communication channel for administrators.
• New configuration for system notifications and announcements. [BT-19808] When an employee adds a verified email address to their BenTek account, they will automatically be opted-in to receive all Admin and system notifications.  While opting-in will be the default setting, clients can choose to turn this function off at any time.
• New rounding options for calculated benefits. [BT-18755]  Pursuant to client requests, calculated benefits in BenTek will accommodate the ability to round salaries before calculating the rate for disability and life insurance benefits.
• User Profile Creation Update. [BT-19710] The next button has been disabled after it has been selected once during the profile creation process to eliminate the potential of multiple profiles when the next button is clicked repeatedly.

System updates are generally released on a monthly schedule during our maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. BenTek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the BenTek application before system maintenance is performed.

BenTek and BenTek videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 10 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
