Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2026.8.5 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • New Commuter Benefits year-round module added, providing employees with access to enroll and manage commuter benefit elections. [BT-44584]
  • Central Login Forgot Password workflow updated to display the user's primary multi-factor authentication (MFA) method in on-screen instructions for a clearer password reset experience. [BT-45396]
  • Employee Benefits Center announcements modified to display only within the configured date range. [BT-45109]
  • Employee Benefits Center payment processing modified so "ALL" payments properly apply to outstanding fees. [BT-44532]
  • Open Enrollment FSA deductions updated to accurately calculate collected amounts in specific scenarios. [BT-45210]
  • Benefit rules updated so benefit election boxes with coverage types that include a waiting period after the Open Enrollment effective date are properly hidden when configured with page-load benefit rules. [BT-45179]
  • Qualifying Life Event dependent processing modified to ensure newly added spouses are added as dependents following event approval in specific scenarios. [BT-44529]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
