Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2026.7.2 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Employee Status workflow newly automated to terminate the associated Benefit Class when the employee status is terminated, reducing manual administration and helping keep records aligned. [BT-39830]
  • Benefit Class assignment functionality added to automatically enroll existing employees in eligible default benefits when they receive a new Benefit Class. [BT-44871]
  • Dependent records updated with a new Cobra Start Date field to improve COBRA tracking and administration. [BT-43582]
  • P&A Retiree Changes export enhanced to capture employee address changes and includes a new configuration option to exclude selected plans from the export. [BT-38242]
  • Pooled Dollars report optimized to improve performance and reliability. [BT-44395]
  • Coverage drop-down and Beneficiary Designation screens updated to correctly display information when a Benefit Class is terminated on the same day it is viewed. [BT-44080]
  • Benefit Elections page updated so FSA amounts properly reset in applicable scenarios. [BT-43592]
  • Announcements Center message preview corrected to display properly in situations where preview content may not have appeared. [BT-45097]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
