Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2025.3.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Beneficiaries Not 100% report optimized to run faster for larger clients and more reliably for multi-entity clients. [BT-15176]
  • Premium Invoicing and Payments page updated to not show records that have $0 amounts for owed and paid balances. [BT-41340]
  • Separate enrollment sessions issue resolved to only allow users one enrollment sessions at a time. [BT-41378]
  • No Member SSN report optimized to run faster for larger clients and updated to include Status for dependent records. [BT-30130]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
