Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2025.3.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Personnel Import updated to not include removed employees when an active record exists. [BT-40438]
  • Age Tracking for Coverage widget updated to show employees the administrator has access to, as well as correct an issue with how employee and dependent current age is determined. [BT-41299]
  • Confirmation Statement generation issue resolved with respect to Benefit Classes. [BT-40573]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
