Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.3.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Primary coverage record issue resolved to correctly update based on a secondary coverage change. [BT-35062]
• Subsidy termination issue resolved when employee changes benefit class. [BT-35089]
• Supplemental enrollment process was shortened for users declining coverage. [BT-35440]
• Full Population Census file generation issue resolved for custom plan calculations causing blank files. [BT-35481]
• Personnel Import display issue for new hire effective dates resolved. [BT-35501]
• EBC enrollment summary issue resolved to correctly display trustee beneficiaries. [BT-35490]
• Age Tracking for Coverages widget updated to correctly capture only the employees moving to new age band, when multiple types of age bands were associated with plan. [BT-35411]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
