Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.3.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Resolved issue with Waived Medical report generating extra blank file. [BT-35354]
• Subsidy Calculation enhanced to include an Inverse option, subtracting deductions to calculate subsidy amount. [BT-34873]
• New Benefit date rule added to configure the benefits waiting period based on new hire enrollment submission date. [BT-34986]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
