Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2022.9.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • The bill generation process has been updated to address a processing issue when job titles exceeded 100 characters. [BT-33855]
  • Corrected a processing error for manually entered benefits that impacted the ability for administrators to download a confirmation statement in specific scenarios.  [BT-33880]
  • Updated the benefits administration module to properly display coverages previously waived. [BT-33835]
  • COBRA reports have been updated to improve how data is queried and included based on dates and classifications.  [BT-33705]
  • The processing of benefit elections made in the Employee Benefit Center have been improved for situations where overlapping dates are identified.  [BT-33514]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
