Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2022.8.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • The confirmation statement has been corrected to display terminated employees and their relevant information pertaining to the entered date. Previously, if a confirmation statement was being generated for a terminated employee, the administrator would see a 'File Not Found' message. [BT-33683]
  • Addressed an issue that would cause coverages to not terminate properly when adding a new coverage that had a termination date. [BT-33504]
  • Fixed an issue where a form could display an error if an invalid contact phone number was entered in the Wellness Program. [BT-33651]
  • Employee years of service information has been moved to its own section under the Benefit Class form on the Admin Employee - Employee Info & Classification page and Personnel Import employee record tabs. [BT-31406]
  • Replaced the confirmation pop-ups on the My Information and My Dependents screens (for when information is successfully updated) with green notification messages that will now appear in the bottom right of the screen. The messages will appear for 5 seconds and then vanish. The My Beneficiaries screen has also been updated to use these new notifications for when a beneficiary is successfully added, updated, or removed. [BT-33738]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
