Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2022.5.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• The Wellness File Submissions widget has been enhanced with the ability to navigate to an employee's wellness page by clicking on the employee's row in the widget. [BT-32645]
• An issue was discovered when a new benefit class was added that did not allow for default benefits. The waiting period was not being applied. This has been resolved so that the waiting period will be in effect when a new benefit class is added and the class is not benefits eligible. [BT-32671]
• An issue was resolved where the beneficiary statements would not generate for deceased employees. [BT-32689]
• An issue was resolved where the Age Tracking widget wouldn't load if someone was born on a leap day (2/29). [BT-32782]
• The confirmation statement has been corrected so the proper name of the client appears in the top right hand corner of the page. [BT-32795]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

Effective June 15^th, 2022, Microsoft will discontinue all support for Internet Explorer 11. Only those organizations paying for extended support will receive security updates.
