Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2021.5.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Addressed an issue when a user uploads a document. It was possible for the filename to appear twice after uploading. This has been corrected so a file only appears once after upload. [BT-28607]
• The EBC Submission Widget has been updated to exclude any incomplete life events. [BT-20214]
• Additional validation has been added when terminating a dependent that will require Administrators to enter the 'Cobra Date' when adding the 'Reason for Separation'.  [BT-27678]
• The Approved QE report was updated to include the proper employee and employer deductions. [BT-14818]
• The EBC Search History was updated to properly display any coverage being waived. [BT-21527]
• File Transaction Log will now indicate 'no records returned' when reports and exports generate with no records on the file. [BT-20067]
• The Life Event approval process has been updated to ensure when one dependent is termed off the plan, all other existing dependents are properly switched to the new plan and tier of coverage.  [BT-20943]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
