Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2021.5.2  includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• The Discovery Cobra export was updated to send the correct spouse code in the following instances: being added as a new hire or if there was a break in service. [BT-27413]
• The Benefits Outsource Cobra export was updated to include dependent only Cobra events for Retiree dependents. [BT-23503]
• The Beneficiaries Roster was updated to display all beneficiary updates made during qualifying life events submitted by employees. Beneficiary updates do not require approval.  [BT-27473]
• The Report Builder was updated to properly display the applicable status on the report created when the status filter was applied.  [BT-23579] 

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
