Add Coordination of Benefits Information
Coordination of Benefits is a client specific configuration. This function may not appear on your site. Contact your Bentek Account Manager for information.
Select Add Other Coverage within the Coordination of Benefits section. Complete the form and Save.
If the Carrier Name is not listed in drop-down, use the Add Carrier button to enter new one.
Administrators can edit or remove coverage in the Coordination of Benefits section, as needed.
The End Date on Coordination of Benefits works the same as Coverage records, i.e. the End Date is the first day without coverage.
If concurrent coverage ends, edit to enter an End Date and Save. Do not use the remove icon (trash can) as means of ending coverage. Coordination of Benefits information should only be removed if incorrectly added.
