Job Changes
Internal job changes require updates to the employee's Job Information under the Status section. You may also need to update the Benefit Class. See the Job Change video to make sure you don't miss anything.
Add New Job
When an employee is changing jobs it is imperative to add a new job, DO NOT edit over the existing job.
Start by editing the existing job, but only to add Job End Date and Save.
Use the Add Job button to open new job form. Enter new job data and Save.
If the new job comes with different benefits, be sure to add a new Benefit Class. If no change to benefits, the Benefit Class may stay the same.
