BenTek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the BenTek software. BenTek Version 6.6.0 include the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Dependent secondary coverage is now terminated properly when an employee waives or changes the primary plan under which they are covered. The records of dependents previously affected were updated to reflect the termination dates of the employee plan. [BT-18009]
  • The eligibility file process has been improved to take less time to generate. [BT-18193]
  • The system now enables the addition of a plan that spans across multiple plan years. [BT-18416]
  • The total premium amount now appears correctly on all roster reports. [BT-18561]
  • A new feature has been added that requires all radio button elections to verify that a selection is given, even if that election is to waive the coverage. [BT-18592]

System updates are generally released on a monthly schedule during our maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. BenTek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the BenTek application after system maintenance is performed.

BenTek and BenTek videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 10 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
