Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2024.4.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:
- New informational icon added to the "Years Of Service Information" header on each employee record. When selected, administrators see a popup with information about the employee's most recent Active status. [BT-38471]
- Subsidy Census report updated to include the following columns: Calculated Subsidy, Additional Subsidy, Total Applied Subsidy, and Unused Subsidy Amount. [BT-38073]
- Report Builder census templates updated to include the following configurable columns: Applied Monthly Subsidy, Calculated Subsidy, Additional Subsidy, Total Applied Subsidy, and Unused Subsidy Amount. [BT-38074]
- Custom billing updated to align newborns with wash rule logic. [BT-36609]
- RetireSweet updated so prepayments and unpaid balances from prior month will appear in the current month, when no billed accounts exist. [BT-38168]
System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
