Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.10.7 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• System Activity Report updated to enable report generation. [BT-37278] 
• Retiresweet Payment Import new Date Received field added. [BT-37132]
• RetireSweet widget Delinquent Amounts Owed updated to capture correct data. [BT-37188]
• Open Enrollment Benefit Elections screen configuration added for employees to choose number of deductions for all coverage types. [BT-36386]
• Years of Service field now allows decimal values. [BT-36966]
• New Service Type field options renamed from "Un-Sworn" to "Non-Sworn". [BT-36966]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
