Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.6.2 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Payments report Excel file generation issue resolved for multi-entity clients. [BT-35746]
  • Deposit Slip report Excel file generation issue resolved for members that have a non-numeric Employee ID. [BT-35842]
  • Custom report templates (Census and Benefit Changes) were updated with new column options: user email address, user phone number, spouse email, student status, retiree name, and retiree payment tracking group. [BT-30127]
  • Instructions for using sliders on the My Benefit Elections screen issue resolved so they appear for users who are not currently enrolled in coverage. [BT-36266]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
