Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2022.10.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Updated the Wellness Programs screen to restrict users from changing their payout option or uploading/deleting documents for wellness tasks when a wellness program has ended. [BT-32561]
  • An issue was identified where the site would incorrectly state that a report was running, thus stopping an administrator from running another report. This has been updated to better track a report that is running and when it concludes generating. [BT-34115]
  • Enhanced validation has been added for those groups utilizing passive enrollment on the Employee Benefit Center. The validation will let the user know if an over age dependent exists and whether they will be restricted entry or warn there could be extra premium if left alone. [BT-33725]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
