Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2022.7.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:
- Added additional validation when electing GMO coverages. [BT-24418]
- Fixed an issue with the Humana export that was causing duplicate records. [BT-33530]
- Fixed a typo on the "My Beneficiaries" page. [BT-33438]
- Fixed an issue with the Infinisource cobra export that would cause old cobra events to appear on the export erroneously. [BT-31513]
- Fixed an issue on the System Activity Report that would cause the same value to appear in the "Old Vale" and "New Value" fields when viewing the employee coverage changes. [BT-32884]
- Fixed an issue with the ADP Payroll export that would cause the export to fail if there were no records returned. [BT-33587]
System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
