Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2022.6.2 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Fixed an issue where beneficiary information was being excluded on statements for deceased or terminated employees. [BT-33297]
  • Added a new "Information" icon to the reporting and export pages that will display the date(s) used to generate a specific report or export. [BT-32643]
  • The personnel import automation process has been enhanced to handle benefit class changes. The manual import process will also display benefit class discrepancies if a client is configured with the proper layout to send those values. [BT-29249]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
