Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2022.6.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:
- The beneficiary module was updated to correctly assign employees as the primary beneficiary for specific dependent life coverages. [BT-32843]
- Performance enhancements have been made to the dependent section within the administration module. [BT-28917]
- Processing time to produce enrollment summaries and confirmation statements has been reduced. [BT-32980]
- Configuration has been added to permit changes to plans in specific scenarios outside the current plan year. [BT-31385]
- The New Hire enrollment module has been updated to correct a duplication of plans tied to dependent records. This impacted only worksite benefit plans. [BT-33033]
- The Document Center has been enhanced to permit file sizes up to 5 MB. [BT-32206]
Wellness Hub - The Wellness Hub has been enhanced with a new report and widget that identifies eligible employees who have not yet completed the wellness program. [BT-32837]
- The Wellness Hub has been updated with an enhanced notification setting, which permits clients to set Wellness notifications on behalf of employees. When this setting is configured, employees cannot opt out of this notification. [BT-32836]
- Enhanced wellness program configuration has been added to grant early access to new hires. [BT-32838]
- Enhanced wellness program configuration has been added to setup exclusive booklet and program instructions for new hires. [BT-32838]
- Enhanced wellness program configuration has been added to support specifying different reward amounts based off of payout option. [BT-32544]
System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
