Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2021.10.5 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• A new configuration option has been added to apply additional restrictions on active employees who are also covered dependents under a spouse or domestic partner. To add this configuration, please contact the Bentek Client Services Team. [BT-29900]
• Updated the OE Stats report to include employees with future termination date and future status when applicable. [BT-28218]
• The export created for Envision has been updated based on additional requests from the carrier. [BT-25198]
• The Subsidy Calculation Engine has been updated to allow for changes in subsidy rates and enhanced to improve the user experience. [BT-29562]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
