Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2021.8.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • An issue was discovered where the total carrier premium shown at the bottom of each roster report was not calculating properly. This issue has been resolved. [BT-29602]
  • Plan validation executed during a benefit class change was updated to remove an alert that was confusing to end users.  [BT-29669]
  • UI enhancements were made to the new RetireSweet's Payment Import feature to improve usability, look and feel for Administrators. [BT-29640]
  • Rules within the enrollment modules have been updated for plans that include an Opt Out option to improve usability for end users. [BT-28440]
  • Additional configuration has been added to the validation for overlapping plans during an Employee Benefit Center session. [BT-29627]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
