Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2021.5.4 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • The RetireSweet module has been updated so Admins can now access the Payments Report from the Premium Invoicing and Payments Page. History has been added to maintain a history of invoice cover letters generated, and the page load delay has been fixed.  [BT-27800]
  • The Enrollment Summary report has been updated to fit all the plans on the first page. [BT-28915]
  • Termination configuration rules have been updated to permit Admins to updated the termination date of a benefit class and coverage that have already been termed. [BT-28914]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
