Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2021.5.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Corrected display issues found in Internet Explorer 11 for Employee Benefits Center and Resources sections of Bentek. [BT-14470]
  • System notifications have been updated to ensure automated notifications are sent to Administrators when any file (export, eligibility, bill, report) fails during the transmission process. Each administrator will need to opt in to the file send failure event under their "My Account" page. [BT-22096]
  • The report builder was updated to support any multi-entity site configuration. [BT-26640]
  • The WageWorks Cobra export was updated to correct the the dependent relationship code used for   A "Ex-Spouse". [BT-28370]
  • Calculations were updated to correct rounding issues that appeared on the Summary of Benefits. [BT-28515]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
