Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2020.9.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  •  The Document Center has been updated to display multiple pages of uploaded documents that require review and approval. Administrators can navigate through each page to review documents.  [BT-26163]
  • The Pending Life Event section was updated to save a pending event in the queue when an Admin Assisted session is started for an employee before the employee submitted the life event session.  [BT-26176]
  • The confirmation process for updates to email and/or phone information has been corrected to immediately display once a new email and/or phone number is saved. [BT-26150]
  • Bentek's timestamp tool was updated to capture session submissions down to the millisecond. [BT-26148]
  • The Benefit Elections section within the enrollment modules was updated to properly fire the rules configured for a calculated coverage options using the slide bar feature. [BT-26203]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 10 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
