Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2020.8.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Resolved an issue where the New Hire Begin and End dates were not being evaluated or saved through the Personnel Import. [BT-25557]
  • Resolved an issue where FSA/HRA amount would not revert to the last valid entry when adding an invalid amount. [BT-25816]
  • Resolved an issue where a beneficiary designation listed as "Self" would not have the name field updated when the employee's name changed. [BT-18103]
  • Resolved an issue where a benefit rule may not perform properly when the benefit elections page first loads. [BT-25894]
  • Resolved an issue where disclaimer text would appear cut off on a generated confirmation statement. [BT-23003]
  • Resolved an issue where dependents may not be properly reset when an employee made an invalid selection on the benefit elections page. [BT-25777]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 10 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
