How to Manage Multi-Factor Authentication
To manage your MFA preferences, first access your "My Account" page by clicking on your name in the top-right corner.
From the account section, click the "Multi-Factor Authentication" tab from the left navigation list in order to navigate to the MFA information form.
To make changes to your MFA preferences, click on the edit icon to activate the form.
This will enable the form, allowing you to make changes to your E-mail Address, Cell Phone Number and which of the two you would like to be your primary method of contact for receiving verification codes.
If MFA is enabled, you will be prompted to verify yourself by entering a verification code sent to you primary method of contact.
When MFA is required by your employer, the ability to enable/disable it will be locked.
By default, populated E-mail Addresses and Cell Phone Numbers are masked for your privacy. To view them, you can click on the "Eye" icon located to the right of the field.
When your E-mail Address and/or Cell Phone Number have been verified, a blue "Check" icon will show next to the "Eye" icon to the right of each field. No icon depicts a form of contact that has yet to be verified through either a verification code or link.
When you have completed making your changes, you can save them by clicking the green "Save" icon in the top-right corner of the form. To cancel, click "Cancel" located in the same section.
When MFA is enabled and a change has been made to either your E-mail Address or Cell Phone Number at the time of saving the form, you will then be redirected back to the verification screen you see when you first log in to Bentek in order to verify any new contact information.
Enter the verification code sent to you and click "Verify". At this point your changes have been saved and your primary method of contact has been verified.
